What to Expect

Everything you need to know before your first class at Knockout Boxing Club. Spoiler: you’re going to love it.

Before You Arrive

  • Keep It Simple: Wear standard gym attire and athletic shoes. Bring a water bottle, and we will provide the rest, including gloves.

  • Quick Booking: Reserve your spot online in just 30 seconds.

  • Arrive Early: Show up 10 minutes before class starts so we can get you fully set up and ready to go.

When You Walk In

  • Sign-in at the Kiosk: Sign-in and walk in. A coach will greet you get you started.

  • Guided Setup: We will show you around the gym, teach you how to wrap your hands, and assign you a bag.

  • Community Vibe: You will meet other members who were once beginners too and understand exactly how you feel.

During the Class

  • Fully Coached: Your coach runs the entire session. Every movement and combination is clearly demonstrated so you never have to guess.

  • Your Pace: Hit as hard or as light as you want and take breaks as needed. Everyone is focused on their own bag.

  • High Energy: Loud music and a contagious atmosphere will make you forget your nerves by round three.

After the Class
