What's the class structure?

60 minutes. Total body. Zero excuses.

Warm-up (10-15 mins)

Dynamic movement, shadowboxing, getting loose. The playlist starts building.

Bag rounds (35 min)

Timed rounds of boxing combinations on the heavy bag. Coach calls the combos. You throw them. Between rounds: burpees, squats, mountain climbers—the intervals that make this a full-body burn.

Floor work & cooldown

Core, bodyweight strength, and conditioning. Everything ties back to the boxing movements you just drilled. Stretch, breathe, high-five the person next to you. You earned it.
