All in for

Fighting Pretty.

A beginner-friendly fundraiser boxing class. 100% of what you pay goes to Fighting Pretty to support women battling cancer. No boxing experience needed.

Group fitness class in Tanasbourne, OR. Open to everyone: first-timers, friends, coworkers, families, and the Cancer Fighters themselves.

Two Portland-area fighters, one corner.

Fighting Pretty

A Portland-based 501(c)(3) that reminds women battling any type of cancer, at any stage of treatment, that they are strong, beautiful, and fierce. Their Strength and Beauty Kits, hand-packed Pretty Packages, and free community events reach women around the world.

Knockout Boxing Club

A Tanasbourne area family boxing gym founded by a team from cancer research, where training is coached, measured, and built around the person in front of us. We teach real technique to complete beginners and believe the ring is one of the best places to rebuild strength, confidence, and community.

This fight is personal.

With family history of cancer, Knockout's founding team spent more than two decades in cancer research: clinical trials, oncology data, and the long work of getting new treatments to the people who need them.

We have spent careers on the research side of cancer. Fighting Pretty works on the human side, in the months when a woman is in the chair. That is why KBC exists as a health-and-wellness gym first and a boxing gym second, and why Fighting Pretty was the first partner we called when we decided to give back.

Who you're fighting for.

Cancer treatment takes energy, hair, routine, and the feeling of owning your own body. Fighting Pretty shows up in the middle of that with Strength and Beauty Kits, hand-packed Pretty Packages, and a community that reminds women they are still fierce. Your registration pays for it.

Where every dollar goes.

  • 100% of proceeds go to Fighting Pretty, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, which flows directly to women battling cancer. Nothing is deducted for costs.

  • A standing invitation for survivors: Women in treatment or recovery train at this class free of charge, with drills scaled to what their body can do that day.

  • A community, not a promo: October 3rd is the first of these, not the last. We will keep showing up for Fighting Pretty events and keep KBC a place where survivors and their supporters train together.

Warm up at knockout.

Warm-up (10-15 mins)

Dynamic movement, shadowboxing, getting loose. The playlist starts building.

Heavy bag rounds at knockout.

Bag rounds (35 min)

Timed rounds of boxing combinations on the heavy bag. Coach calls the combos. You throw them. Between rounds: burpees, squats, mountain climbers—the intervals that make this a full-body burn.

Floorwork and cooldown.

Floor work & cooldown

Core, bodyweight strength, and conditioning. Everything ties back to the boxing movements you just drilled. Stretch, breathe, high-five the person next to you. You earned it.
