Raj leverages 22 years in Medical Research to build a science-backed boxing, strength, and fitness experience for families and working adults. He focuses on turning science into practical training, design boxing programs that improve heart health, strength, and mobility while also reducing stress, building confidence, and supporting long term holistic wellbeing.

Co-owner & Director of Operations
Knockout Boxing Club was inspired by Meenu’s postpartum journey to lose weight and rebuild her strength. As Co Owner, she focuses on creating a space where real people, especially busy parents, get personal attention, smart coaching, a supportive community, and fun, high energy classes. Meenu is dedicated to helping other parents and working adults discover what boxing did for her: real results, stress relief, and a community that keeps you coming back.

Co-owner & Head Coach
Coach Mike is a seasoned professional boxer and trainer with over 35 years of experience. A certified expert (USA Boxing, IKFF, NASM, USAW, TRX), he has successfully operated both corporate and boutique gyms. Known for his unique training methods, he has coached a diverse clientele—from adolescents to seniors—and developed personalized programs focused on balance, strength, mobility, power, and speed.

Head of Kids Programs
Coach Rae is a certified USA Boxing trainer and amateur boxer with 8 years of experience. With a background in both corporate and boutique gyms, she brings unique training methods to clients of all ages. A professional dancer and America’s Got Talent contestant, Rae creates dynamic fitness programs—including HIIT, boxing, yoga, and strength—focused on mobility, balance, power, and total-body performance.

We are more than just a place to train. We are a tight-knit community of dreamers, doers, fighters, and everyday heroes. From beginners who’ve never thrown a punch to seasoned athletes refining their craft, from young kids building discipline to seniors staying active — everyone finds their place here. We welcome all ages, all skill levels, and all backgrounds. What unites us is the drive to be better, stronger, and tougher — in the gym and in life.
