What does the 12 month Fitness Commitment mean?

Real change comes from consistency. A 12 month fitness commitment keeps you on track, adds structure and accountability, and locks in your best rate.

You can request a plan change at your next billing cycle. Changes from Founders Club Platinum before 12 months may trigger an early termination fee based on your agreement.

Founders Club Platinum members get early booking access and are prioritized from the waitlist up to a set cutoff time before class.

Coach led baseline and progress checks such as resting HR, HR recovery, movement screen, and optional VO2 Max testing. Assessments for Flex plans are offered as add-on sessions.
